Foods to Avoid for Hepatitis C
Hepatitis C is a fervid disease that triggers liver inflammation. If left untreated, it may eventually cause acute liver failure. 1. High salt foods

3. Processed foods
These diets are filled with excess chemicals, salts, and supplements, which give the liver difficulties in performing its tasks and generate fat deposits which are dangerous to the liver. For a patients’ good, experts recommend that they should avoid taking processed foods. These processed foods include soda, fruit drinks, butter, cream, meat products, frozen foods, canned foods, and many more.
4. Sugary foods
Excessive consumption of sugar is detrimental to the liver. Meals containing excess fructose corn syrup and surplus processed sugar may bring about sebaceous accumulation, which causes liver destruction. High consumption of sugar also escalates blood dextrin quantities. HCV may raise the body’s insulin resistance due to the high consumption of sugar. This puts the body at a very high risk of contracting type 2 diabetes. Also, the treatment mode for the HCV disease can cause contraction of type 2 and type 1 diabetes. Therefore HCV patients need to observe and regulate the sugar levels they are consuming.
5. Saturated fats and trans-fats

When the trans fats go low, death rates go down too. Patients of HCV should avoid foods with saturated fats and trans-fats to improve their liver’s situation.
6. Alcohol beverages
