Negroni
This popular Italian cocktail has come a long way that it has many variations.

Ingredients:

Campari – 1 ounce

Sweet Vermouth – 1 ounce

Dry Gin – 1 ounce

Orange peel – one for garnishing

Pour Campari, sweet Vermouth, dry Gin, and crushed ice into a shaker and mix well for half a minute. This allows the liquids to mix and dilute with the water from ice. Strain this mixture in a glass full of ice cubes. An orange peel can be used for garnish.

Daiquiri
Daiquiri is a classic cocktail that was born in Cuba, the motherland of many cocktails. This cocktail is named after the Daiquiri beach in Santiago de Cuba, which captured the taste buds of many people by storm, so much so, that it was the favorite cocktail of a long list of famous people. This cocktail has seen many variations and today, it is easy to make with just a few ingredients at your home.

Ingredients:

White rum – 2 ounces

Simple syrup – 1 ounce

Fresh lime juice – 1 ounce

Lemon – 1 slice for garnishing

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing glass half-filled with crushed ice and stir for about half a minute to let the juices combine with each other. Then strain it into a glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.

Champagne Cocktail
An invention of the legendary mixologist Jerry Thomas, this cocktail has earned its own reputation in every bar across the world by being a subtle drink preferred by the subtler crowd. This brandy and champagne cocktail is a mix of strength and effervescence that makes one leaves one high and refreshed.

Ingredients:

Champagne – 3 ounces

Cognac – half ounce

Angostura bitters – 2 dashes

Sugar cube – 1

Cherries – 2 for garnishing

Lemon – 1 wedge for garnishing

Place the sugar cube and sprinkle the Angostura bitters into a champagne flute. Then pour the cognac followed by champagne until the flute is full. Garnish with the lemon wedge and cherries stuck into a toothpick.

Martini
A must on every cocktail menu on the planet, thanks to James Bond, who makes it sound sophisticated. Made with just a few ingredients, the Martini was born in 1863, borrowing the name from the Italian vermouth brand by the same name. Here is the cocktail that is preferred stirred by Mr. Bond.

Ingredients:

Dry Gin – 2 ounces

Dry Vermouth – 1 ounce

Olives – 2 for garnishing

Pour the ingredients into a shaker or mixing glass filled with crushed ice. Stir the contents for about 10 seconds and then train it onto a cocktail glass and garnish with a toothpick stuck with olives.
